National Membership Chef / Cook Junior Culinary Associate Membership Hospitality Associate Membership ![]() Click here for the Application Form in PDF format Culinary AssociateA Culinary Associate membership is available to an active chef, cook, culinary skill trade worker and institutional food handlers without Certificate of Qualification in the Trade of Cooking with a minimum of 5 years in the food service industry.
National Membership Chef / CookA National Membership is available to an active chef or cook with a red seal certificate or C.C.C or a minimum of 8 years in the industry without red seal certificate Membership is with both the Northern Lights Culinary Association and the Canadian Culinary Federation.
Military MembershipDual Membership: joint membership NLCA & CCFCC
Junior Culinary Associate MembershipApprentice, Commis, Kitchen assistant, Student UP to the age of 23 years old. Open to any person under the age of 23years of age actively engaged in the preparation of food in a commercial establishment or is enrolled in a recognized course of culinary studies at a college, school or institute. Is actively involved in work /study in the trade of cooking at the time of the application.
